+ We are happy to offer a full refund to your original payment method for full-priced items returned and postmarked within the first two weeks of package receipt date. The return package MUST be postmarked within the 14 days of package receipt. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please keep the tracking number of your return for your personal reference.

+ For returns of full-priced items returned after 14 days and within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase, we are happy to offer a merchandise credit for the items being returned. The return package MUST be postmarked within the 30 days of package receipt. Once we receive your return, your merchandise credit will be issued to you within 3-5 business days to the email that you provided at time of checkout. Please keep the tracking number of your return for your personal reference.

+ Any returns postmarked past 30 days of the receipt of your order, will not be accepted. If received, they will be returned to you.

+ Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstance.

+ Please note all items that are marked down 60% or more from the original price are final sale, no exceptions. All other sale items may be returned utilizing the above full-priced merchandise guidelines.

+ Full priced items that are discounted via a promo-code will be treated as full-price merchandise & may be returned per the above guidelines. Sales items that are conjoined with a promo-code, such as "saleonsale", will be treated at their pre-discount value for return purposes. For example, if an item is marked down 50% from it's original price prior to adding the additional discount, it may be returned, however if an item is 60% off or more prior to an additional discount, it will be final sale. 

+ All returned items must have tags attached, must not be worn or altered. Items returned in worn or altered condition may be subject to a $45 restocking fee. If items are in poor or damaged condition they will be returned to the customer.

+ We are sorry to inform that we do not currently offer exchanges. If you are looking to order another item we recommend you place a separate order.
